The cover background shows an electron cryomicrograph of actin filaments decorated with UNC-60B, the muscle-specific isoform of ADF/cofilin found in C. elegans. The foreground shows a three-dimensional reconstruction and molecular model of the UNC-60B/f-actin complex derived from the electron cryomicrograph images. The molecular model is consistent with a role for the C terminus in actin binding. For details see the article by Ono et al., pages 5952-5958.5952.
