About the Cover
The cover shows a model of yeast Dot1p docked with a nucleosome. The structure of the nucleosme core particle is shown as yellow surrounded by DNA (in stick). The model was put together by aligning the target Lys79 (dark blue) of histone H3, located on the nucleosome disk surface, with the active site pocket of Dot1p (light blue).
