On The Cover: OP9 adipocytes stably transfected with siRNA that targets AGPAT2 (left panels) accumulates less triacylglycerol as compared to adipocytes transfected with control siRNA (right panels). Day 0 (top), 2 (center), and 4 (bottom) of differentiation were fixed, stained with Oil Red O, and counterstained with hematoxylin.
