On The Cover: The cover shows a three dimensional image of the FK506-binding protein (FKBP) domain of FKBP38, displaying its backbone in cartoon, and its surface shows negatively charged (red), hydrophobic (white), and positively charged (blue) areas. The neuroprotective FKBP38 inhibitor N-(N`,N`-dimethylcarboxamidomethyl)cycloheximide (DM-CHX) is displayed in ball and stick. Both structures were displayed using PyMOL software.
