On The Cover: This confocal microscopic section illustrates living human breast cancer cells (MCF-7) expressing green fluorescent protein (GFP)-tagged hyaluronan synthase 3 (green) treated with a hyaluronan binding complex with a fluorescent tag (red). Note the hyaluronan synthase-induced long microvilli positive for GFP-hyaluronan synthase and surrounded by a thick hyaluronan coat. The cross-sections of the microvilli are seen as round structures around cells. For details see the article by Kultti et al., pages 15821–15828.
