On The Cover: The cover shows distinct binding sites of the DraE adhesin of uropathogenic Escherichia coli to its receptors decay-accelerating factor (DAF) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) as determined by mutational analysis (top) and NMR chemical shift mapping (bottom). DAF-binding domains are shown in green and blue, CEA-binding domains are shown in red and dark red. Sites common to both are shown in orange.
