About the Cover
On The Cover: The cover image shows autophagosome labeled with anti-LC3 antibodies (green) and lysosome/autolysosome labeled by RFP-LAMP-1 (red), associated with microtubule fibers labeled by anti-tubulin antibodies (magenta) in a dividing CHO cell. The cells were starved of amino acids to induce autophagy and treated with lysosomal inhibitor bafilomycin A to visualize autolysosome. For details see the article by Fass et al., pages 36303–36316.
