Cover Figure

On The Cover: Confocal image of a MCF7 cell expressing SNX10, a novel sorting nexin with a conserved phosphoinositide 3-phosphate (PI3P) binding motif. SNX10 (green) induces giant vacuoles in mammalian cells, presumably by perturbing endosome homeostasis. Note the largest vacuole is SNX10-GFP-negative and surrounded by many smaller SNX10-positive vacuoles above the deformed nucleus (blue). For details see the article by Qin et al., pages 36891–36896.
