On The Cover: Confocal microscopy of a retina section from albino rat with antibodies developed against a receptor for pigment epithelium-derived factor (PEDF-R). PEDF-R immunofluorescence (red) distributes to the inner segments of photoreceptors and the inner nuclear and ganglion cell layers. Nucleic acids are stained with 4`,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) (blue), and autofluorescence of photoreceptor outer segments is shown in green. For details see the article by Notari et al., pages 38022–38037.
