On The Cover: Picture shows formation of multiple axons in a cultured rat hippocampal neuron induced by suppression of singar expression. After the transfection with an siRNA against singar, neurons were cultured for 4 days. The neuron was triple-stained by an axon-specific marker tau1 antibody (red), rhodamine phalloidin, which stains actin filaments (green), and 5-chloromethylfluorescein diacetate, which stains the cytoplasm (blue).
