On The Cover: Merged fluorescence images of a cryosection of mouse kidney cortex stained to show selenoprotein P (red), f-actin (green), and nuclei (blue). Proximal tubules, which are readily identified by their f-actin-containing apical microvillus border, utilize a megalin-dependent endocytic pathway to recover selenoprotein P from the glomerular filtrate. For details see the article by Olson et al., pages 6854–6860.
