About the Cover

Cover Figure

On The Cover: This image shows a monolayer of primary mouse hepatocytes and highlights the endoplasmic reticulum (ER, green), the low density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR, red), and nuclei (blue). The cells were stained with Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated concanavalin A (Molecular Probes), an anti-LDLR polyclonal antibody, and 4`,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (Vector Laboratories) to mark the ER, LDLR, and nuclei, respectively. The stained cells were imaged by confocal microscopy. For details see the article by Blasiole et al., pages 11374–11381.
