On The Cover: Decreased levels of polyamines lead to death of triple-negative breast cancer cells.
Polyamines are decreased in response to genotoxic chemotherapy and by the polyamine
synthesis inhibitor DFMO. Treatment with DFMO sensitizes triple-negative breast cancer
