On The Cover: The unfolded protein response (UPR) and HIF pathways were analyzed in a human neuroblastoma
xenograft tumor. Transcripts for BNIP3 (red, HIF target) and CHOP (blue, UPR target) were detected by in situ hybridization. Blood vessels were identified by CD34 staining (brown). The maroon signal away from the blood vessels indicates an overlap between the two pathways,
