On The Cover: The meningococcal lipoprotein LP2086 (red) is anchored to the bacterial membrane through its lipid tail. A flexible linker accommodates the layer of lipooligosaccharides and allows the protein to extend toward the extracellular space, where it is accessible to the antibodies (blue).
