On The Cover: To induce mitophagy, mouse embryonic fibroblasts expressing HA-Parkin were treated
with carbonyl cyanide m-chlorophenylhydrazone (CCCP). In this image, an isolation membrane is engulfing many
damaged mitochondria at a time. It looks like the mitochondria are being sucked into
