On The Cover: Picture shows the Drosophila egg chamber (Orb, green; Dg (dystoglycan), blue; DAPI (4.6-diamidino-2-phenylindole), red) stage 4-5 with overexpression of wild type full-length Dg using MatTub-Gal4 driver. This is the typical phenotype seen in our assay when the functional form of Dg is overexpressed and the polarity marker Orb surrounds the oocyte instead of being localized posteriorly.
