On The Cover: Purinosomes (shown by red clusters) in the purine salvage-deficient fibroblast cell are dynamic multiprotein complexes involved in the de novo purine biosynthesis in human cells. A fibroblast cell was transiently transfected with FGAMS-OFP, the 4th pathway enzyme (FGAMS) fused with orange fluorescence protein (OFP). The cell was stained with Tubulin TrackerTM Green and DAPI (blue, nucleus). Purinosomes form to meet cellular demands for purines. For details see the article by Zhao et al., pages 6705–6713....
